Managing Director
Doreen Tan’s tertiary education was in Business Management. She has over 25 years of executive recruitment experience. A major part of her work focuses on the risk management space that include credit risk analytics, counterparty risk management, market risk and quantitative risk management, operational risk management, fraud risk management and sustainability / ESG risk management for major banks and financial institutions in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Lionel Yeo
Senior Consultant
Lionel Yeo graduated from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, U.K. with a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 1981. He started his career as a Test Engineer at National Semiconductor, after which he moved to UOB Bank to do credit & marketing, followed by stints in the Information Technology space at Texas Instruments and at Standard Chartered Bank before entering the executive recruitment sector in 1996.

Sim Kheok Siap graduated from the former University of Singapore in 1970 with a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) degree. His career in Human Resource Management started in 1979 when he joined a British MNC to head its Personnel Department. In 1981, he moved to join OCBC Bank in managing its talent acquisition for a wide range of banking positions. Since 1996, he proceeded to join the executive search sector by providing human resource recruitment consultancy for banking and finance industries.
