Managing Consultant

Doreen brings with her over 25 years of experience in the executive recruitment industry, with an extensive track record spanning banking and financial services, energy, commodity trading, engineering, and information technology.

Throughout her career, she has successfully partnered with leading top-tier organizations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, delivering senior and specialised talent solutions tailored to their strategic and operational needs. ## K.S. Sim

Senior Consultant

Sim Kheok Siap graduated from the former University of Singapore in 1970 with a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) degree. His career in Human Resource Management started in 1979 when he joined a British MNC to head its Personnel Department. In 1981, he moved to join OCBC Bank in managing its talent acquisition for a wide range of banking positions. Since 1996, he proceeded to join the executive search sector by providing human resource recruitment consultancy for banking and finance industries.
