Our Approach
The search process begins immediately upon the appointment of Charis Associates as the client’s recruiter. In order to achieve high success rate, it is important to have a thorough understanding of the client’s operations, its corporate environment and its management style as well as the specific requirements of the position that the client is looking to fill.
Types of our recruitment services
Our client may work with us on either of the following arrangements :
- On Contingency Basis which is on success placement.
- On Retainer Basis which is an exclusive service arrangement to our client to provide the recruitment service.
Comprehensive Interview Process
The candidates shortlisted by us will be interviewed thoroughly to obtain a comprehensive understanding of their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses and potential.
Reference Check
Reference checks with the candidate’s ex-employer and referees will be provided upon request by the client to verify their work performance and character.
Follow-Up Procedures
In the first few months after the successful placement of a candidate, Charis Associates will conduct follow-ups with both the candidate and their immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth and successful transition in the client’s organisation.
